After completing her MBA at TCU, Morgan began dealing with chronic pain at only 26 years old. She began to practice yoga as a way to manage her pain and the physical stress that comes along with it, while working her 8-to- 5 job in corporate America. Morgan quickly discovered that yoga was more than just a physical exercise – it brought along with it mental well-being. It helped her cope with the mental and emotional stress of her pain, something no other exercise could offer. Yoga has allowed her to stay physically active and has given her an appreciation for all the things she CAN do. Her gratitude for this beautiful life is overflowing! Morgan is currently pursuing her 200 hour yoga teacher certification through Rebecca Butler’s Yoga Teacher Training program. With her background in corporate training, teaching yoga is the perfect opportunity to combine her passions of teaching and serving others with spreading the joy and healing that yoga has brought into her life.
