Yoga guides me to a better version of “me”, learning new ways to show myself Love, to be Grateful, to know “I am enough”, to choose Joy, to trust Spirit, God, the Universe. I completed my 200 hour YTT certification with Rebecca Butler in her very first teacher training. I knew it was meant to be, when everything lined up, after many years of wanting to do more with my yoga practice. While on my mat, I find peace throughout my mind, body and spirit, which I am able to pull from off the mat daily. Teaching yoga gives me the opportunity to share my experience with others. You can expect a yoga class with me to include a slower flow guidance to let go, focus on breath, open hearts, while feeling the strength of your own body supporting you. My favorite way to spend 75 minutes!
