Heather Szymanski

Heather began her yoga journey in 2005 but became a true yoga junkie 7 years later when she returned to her hometown of Fort Worth. Heather completed her 200-hr RYT certification with Rebecca Butler at The Sanctuary Yoga Room in 2016. She went on to add her Kids Yoga teacher training at The Little Yoga House in Austin. Heather believes that yoga brings perspective, beauty and freedom to everyday life! She is also a mom and a middle school teacher. Her smile is gigantic and loving. Her heart is pure. We are overjoyed to have her teaching at TSYR. We know you will love her too.
