Taylor started yoga 10 years ago as an alternative form of exercise and it soon became one of her biggest passions in life. Since then, she has consistently practiced at many studios all over Dallas and Fort Worth. Her practice has helped her grow stronger and become more fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires her to live in the present moment.
Taylor completed her 200 hour YTT with Rebecca Butler in 2016.
In Taylor’s classes you can expect creative and juicy sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a sprinkle of inspiration. Taylor’s goal is to share her passion with others while nurturing body, mind and soul, with hopes that her students leave feeling rejuvenated and balanced.
