This is our strongest, warmest yoga class. If you are familiar with yoga and the term, Vinyasa flow (meaning movement connected by breath) and/or power yoga, then you are familiar with this style of class. You will move quickly and often. You breathe deeply with great rhythm. You will sweat. You will work hard and play hard. You will leave feeling wrung out and simultaneously rejuvenated. Prepare for a righteous yoga buzz. This class will be warmer with temperatures hovering around 85-ish degrees.

The name of this class really should be: slow burn yoga . While it is slower than the flow class, please don’t make the mistake of thinking it will be easier. Holding poses for longer durations is a robust experience, in and of, itself. The slower pace and more meticulous alignment cueing, deep core work and deep soul work, will leave you feeling stabilized, lengthened, strengthened and in touch with your true essence. Your deep connection to bliss will be unwavering. This class will be slightly cooler with temperatures around 80 degrees.

This yoga class is designed for the inversion and arm balance curious yogi. You will be mindfully lead to your edge and taught to work in that delicate space with curiosity and compassion. Handstand, headstand, forearm stand and shoulder stand can be expected, as well as a host of arm balances and transitions. A basic level practice or above is recommended in order to truly enjoy this session safely. The room will be around middle 80s. Sweat will be enjoyed. Inversions and arm balances raise the heart rate and cause the body to naturally generate heat.

This is a class for the practitioner that is new to yoga. It is a great introduction to yoga, the basics of the work and the fundamentals, such as breathing. You will learn the pose names, proper alignment from the ground up of basic poses and what to expect in the general experience of yoga classes. The environment is warm and friendly. Questions will be welcome. The class is 60 minutes and will be offered in a room heated to around 80 degrees.

This is a yoga class designed to help practitioners restore, renew and heal the body. Long holds in deep poses designed to help the body rejuvenate, regenerate and reinvigorate. Meditation and breath are also key elements of this class. It is completely non-heated. Expect to use many props. This class is suitable for all levels. This is a popular class and we will only offer one per week. Reservations are recommended.

One word best describes this class: incandescent. You will be able to shed the day in this yoga class that will be both gentle and robust. You will sweat a fair amount, flirt with your edge and land on a gentle pillow of kindness. This is the perfect way to end any stressful day. It is the ideal set up for a soothing night’s rest. When the time of year permits, this class is set to soft candlelight. It is appropriate for the basic to intermediate practitioner. The room will be heated to around the mid 80s.

Every Friday as the perfect start to your weekend, this light hearted fun flow will include music and get your spirits high for the impending weekend goodness. Expect laughter, kindness, compassion, sweat and loads of joy. On the first Friday of every month, the class will be tailored to a specific libation, which will be featured and offered (to those interested) after class. Cheers!

This is the quintessential way to start your day. In a studio encased in all copper, you will be lead through a robust power flow class. You will sharpen your focus for your day both physically and mentally. Having possibly arrived slightly still sleepy, you will leave lit up and ready to joyfully undertake whatever your day promises. The room will be heated for this class to around 85-ish degrees.

This class is a new format designed to marry ease and strength, compassion with integrity, and wellness with peace. Expect 10-5 minutes of restorative at the beginning, 30-40 minutes of sweat inducing flow follows and then 10 or so minutes of restorative culminates the session. We will be using props aplenty. In today’s society, we are so busy. This class is meant to aid in slowing down, feeling internal wisdom and turning ultimate kindness towards the self. You will leave able to draw a deeper breath than you have in ages, with far less stress and trauma in your awareness. Peaceful. The room will be heated to between 80-85 degrees.
